There is no doubt that the current lockdown is having negative impacts on our mental health, so we’re trying our hardest to make sure it doesn’t do the same to our physical health. Look after your mind, body and soul and commit to at least 30 minutes of moving your bod each day. As unmotivated as you might feel, moving your body can be a game changer, booking yourself into a class might be just the commitment you need to get into it during lockdown!
