Tell us a little bit about yourself?

I am the owner of Muse Pilates Studios, a wife and a Mama of two littles ones: Harvey (3) & Poppy (5).

Tell us about Muse Pilates Studio and how it came to be?

I fell in love with reformer Pilates years ago after knee surgery when I was searching for a form of exercise that was low-impact. After a few years of being a client visiting reformer Pilates studios, I decided I wanted to create my own special reformer studio which was luxe, but super friendly and so Muse Pilates Studio was born.
