What is your drink of choice?

A whisky sour – recently we honeymooned in the Maldives and it was our go-to drink (all-inclusive cocktails 11am – 11pm!!) – my hubby was determined to turn the drink into a household regular upon our return (he was successful!) – which brings back wonderful memories every time he makes them.

Tell us a little bit about yourself? 

​My name is Amanda – I am a fellow Canberra woman, and the lady behind Courageous Ladies, where my purpose is simply to celebrate women and inclusion. I am a fur mum to a rescue pug named Spike and a lover of all things pink.

Tell us about Courageous ladies and how it came to be?

Following the death of my mum and dad to cancer – I was 25, and a little lost! I desperately needed a safe place to explore my rollercoaster of emotions, so create Courageous Ladies. Over the past 18 months it has grown into a safe community for women all over the world – and for that I am incredibly grateful.

How can we support Courageous ladies?

Follow, like, share and comment – my purpose is simply to celebrate women and inclusion, so the further my message reaches the more celebration can occur!! 

Any advice for those wanting to turn their dream into a reality?

Jump in, take it at a pace that works for you – trust your gut and most importantly BE COURAGEOUS!
