Tell us a little bit about yourself? 

I live with the hubby, 2 red heelers and a tabby cat in West Belconnen. I’m an Aries, an introvert, a creative, obsessed with static trapeze (really missing practicing) and a recovering perfectionist who experienced a spiritual (re-)awakening in early 2019.

I am a Life & Success Coach certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) aka Tapping and I love using those techniques plus Hypnosis in my coaching and courses to create profound breakthroughs with my clients. 

My business is all about providing support and guidance to introverted spiritual (or spiritually curious ????) women who are searching for their purpose in life and once they have found it, I guide them to take the soul aligned action towards living in that purpose. 

Tell us about Bree Boucher as a brand and how it came to be?

My business started 12 months ago when I was still in my 9-5 full time but it was starting to feel out of alignment and like I was not following my soul’s purpose. I was feeling stuck and energetically I was being pushed into places I didn’t like to be. I decided that I wanted to start my own business, I had so many different ideas but no idea which to focus on!

At the time I was working with a coach and I was starting to follow lots of coaches on Instagram, deep down I wanted to be a coach too but I didn’t think it was possible.

Flash forward a few months, I joined a coaching program that helped me set up an online business (which was actually going to be something completely different) and while in that program, I realised that I wanted to be (and could be) a business and life coach. From there I built my business and signature program, then trained to become a certified Coach, NLP Practitioner and Clinical Hypnotherapist.

Now, while I’m still technically employed by the same 9-5, thanks to COVID19 I have all the freedom and time to focus on running my business – which I love!

Any advice for those wanting to turn their dream into a reality?

This is my jam! This is what I’m here to do; help others turn their dreams into reality.

I love the quote “If you dream it, you can do it” by Walt Disney. I truly believe in this and that anything is possible for you.

My biggest tip: Don’t slow down enough for your ego (aka Negative Nancy) to sneak in and then you start to second guess yourself. If you had the insight, inspiration or thought pop into your mind it’s there for a reason. You must take action on it, if you don’t then someone else will… I know that’s not what you want – so it’s time to go after your dreams!

I wouldn’t have thought I would be here 12 months ago, living my #freedomlife dreams. Things don’t happen just by wishing it into existence, you have to take the aligned action too.
