Boundaries Matter: Value Yourself and Protect Your Energy

November 18th @ 5:30 pm - 8:00 pm

A$49.00 – A$69.00

In the lead up to the end of year activities and celebrations we can find ourselves getting lost amongst the noise and reinforcing messages that our needs don’t matter.

You deserve to have your needs met and to feel respected by those around you every day of the year! Understanding more about the art of saying no – is a powerful tool that allows you to set boundaries and protect your personal space. By saying “no”, you’re drawing a line in the sand and letting the world know that you value yourself and won’t be taken advantage of.

Saying no offers us all the opportunity to reclaim our power and show that we’re not willing to be taken advantage of or be disrespected. Setting boundaries is not about being rude or unkind. It’s about valuing yourself enough to say “no” when something doesn’t align with your values or priorities.

During our 90minute session, you’ll learn why we can struggle to create and hold boundaries and develop a personalised boundary-setting plan tailored specifically to your unique needs and goals. Reclaim your power, and let’s ensure your boundaries reflect the respect you deserve. There will also be time to speak to Mel and mingle with other CBR women while you enjoy some tasty nibbles.
