Jane Cay is the founder and CEO of birdsnest, an online women’s fashion business based in regional NSW. Jane built her smalltown clothing store online in 2008 – fast forward and birdsnest now employs over 150 locals in Cooma, a town of just 6,500 people. The growth has been built on exceptional customer care and innovation. Jane is passionate about cultivating a workplace that has people moving from the city to the country to experience a different lifestyle.
