Tell us a little bit about yourself?I’m Alison, I’m a women’s health nutritionist and mum of two boys. I’ve lived all over but have been very happy to call Canberra home for over 10 years. I’m a hiker, knitter, obsessive true crime podcast listener, and almond croissant lover.

Tell us about what you offer and how it came to be?

My nutrition practice came about after my own health journey. When I had my kids I realised how important it was that I start eating healthy and looking after myself. But there was so much conflicting information out there, I had no idea what was right. So I decided to take my love of food and cooking and turn it to studying nutrition. I went back to uni and got my nutrition degree, and Alison Loeliger Nutrition was born. Fixing my own gut and hormone issues led me to focus on gut health and hormone balancing for women, and I’m passionate about taking a holistic view of women’s health. How can we support Alison Loeliger Nutrition?I offer 1:1 online consultations, meal plans, DIY programs, and group coaching. Any advice for those who are thinking about turning their dreams into a reality?

Don’t wait until you feel confident to start, just get started and confidence will come.

Have a solid reason why you’re doing what you’re doing, because you’ll have difficult days and you need that motivation to keep you going.
